Ile aux Deux Cocos Further in the background in the picture on the left, lies Ile aux Deux Cocos. The island is found next to the Blue Bay Marine Park and is currently being exploited by the Naiade Resorts who owns 5 hotels in Mauritius, Le Beau Rivage and Le Tropical on the East coast, Merville Hotel and The Legends in the North and Les Pavillons on the South West. They have a project to build a hotel there. The environmentalists in Mauritius have opposed to this project as they claim it will disrupt the marine life and destroy this marine park.
